Joint Venture Proprietary Seismic Data means the proprietary seismic data owned by the Vendor and third parties and which relates to those seismic lines within the Lands or any lands pooled or unitized therewith;
Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.
Joint Venture” - (Project means two or more businesses joining together under a contractual agreement to conduct a specific business enterprise with both parties sharing profit and losses. The venture is for one specific project only, rather than for a continuing business relationship as in a strategic alliance. It is about sharing risk with others and providing one or more missing and needed assets and competencies.

Company Joint Venture means any corporation or other entity (including partnership, limited liability company and other business association) that is not a Company Subsidiary and in which the Company or one or more Company Subsidiaries owns an equity interest (other than equity interests held for passive investment purposes which are less than 5% of any class of the outstanding voting securities or other equity of any such entity).
Project Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property created under, or otherwise in connection with the Project.
Joint Venture Agreement means, for any Joint Venture, any stockholder agreement, voting trust agreement, limited liability company agreement, operating agreement or other similar agreement related to the ownership of the Equity Interests of such Joint Venture having ordinary voting power for the election of directors or other governing body of such Joint Venture among the owners of such Equity Interests.
Proprietary Interest means any legal, equitable or other ownership, whether through stock holding or otherwise, of an interest in a business, firm or entity; provided, that ownership of less than 5% of any class of equity interest in a publicly held company shall not be deemed a Proprietary Interest.
Company Owned Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned or purported to be owned by the Company, in whole or in part.
Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
Joint Venture Agreements means, collectively any agreement which establishes a Joint Venture and any governing documents related thereto.
Proprietary Technology means the technical innovations that are unique and
Owned Company Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary, other than unregistered items of Intellectual Property.
Proprietary or Sub-advised Mutual Fund means any open-end Mutual Fund for which MSIM acts as investment adviser or sub-adviser.
Alternative energy technology means equipment, component parts, materials, electronic devices, testing equipment, and related systems that are specifically designed, specifically fabricated, and used primarily for 1 or more of the following:
Excluded Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property (including Software, but excluding Trademarks), owned by Seller and its Affiliates as of the date hereof that is not Acquired IP.
