  • Except to the extent that FTA determines otherwise in writing, the Recipient agrees to follow the most recent edition of FTA Circular, 9050.1, “The Job Access And Reverse Commute (JARC) Program Guidance And Application Instructions,” including any revisions thereto, and comply with Federal laws and regulations that apply to the Project.
