JAKEDA definition
JAKEDA means Jammu & Kashmir Energy Development Agency;
JAKEDA means the Chief Executive Officer of JAKEDA or his representative and shall also include its successors and assignees. The “contractor” shall mean the successful bidder i.e. the person whose e-Tender has been accepted by JAKEDA and shall include his legal representatives and successors in interest.
