Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.
Class X Component Each of the Class X-A Components, the Class X-B Component and the Class X-D Component.
Class X-C Component The Component XD.
Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.
Class X-A Components Each of Component XA-1, Component XA-2, Component XA-SB, Component XA-3, Component XA-4 and Component XA-M.
Class X-1 Strip Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the sum of the Class LA-1-2-A Component Class X-2 Strip Rate and the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date.
Class X-D Component The Component XD.
Class X-E Strip Rate With respect to the Class X-E Component for any Distribution Date, the (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
Class X-B Strip Rate With respect to any Class of Class X-B Components for any Distribution Date, the (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Pass Through Rate for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
Collateral Minimum Monthly Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(c).
Class X-2 Strip Rate With respect to (a) any Distribution Date through and including the August 2006 Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (i) the lesser of (x) the rate per annum corresponding to such Distribution Date as set forth in Schedule III hereto or (y) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Rate for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) the Class A-1 Pass-Through Rate for such Distribution Date and (b) any Distribution Date thereafter, zero.
Group 1 Available Funds As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the aggregate amount held in the Collection Account at the close of business on the related Servicer Remittance Date and, without duplication, on deposit in the Distribution Account at the close of business on the related Distribution Account Deposit Date, attributable to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans net of the Amount Held for Future Distribution related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans and net of amounts (i) permitted to be withdrawn from the Collection Account pursuant to clauses (i)-(viii) inclusive and clauses (ix)(A)(ii), (ix)(B), (x) and (xi) of Section 3.10(a), (ii) after giving effect to all amounts deposited to the Distribution Account from the Collection Account, amounts permitted to be withdrawn from the Distribution Account pursuant to clauses (i) through (iv) inclusive of Section 3.10(b) each as it relates to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans and (iii) any amounts representing Fair Market Value Excess with respect to a Group 1 Mortgage Loan received in connection with the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 10.01 hereof, (b) the amount of the Advances related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans, and (c) in connection with Deleted Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 1, as applicable, the aggregate of the Purchase Prices and Substitution Adjustment Amounts deposited on the related Distribution Account Deposit Date.
Class X-F Strip Rate With respect to the Class X-F Component for any Distribution Date, the (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
Class X-A Strip Rate With respect to any Class of Class X-A Components for any Distribution Date, the (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.
Class X Strip Rate With respect to each Component for any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to: (i) the WAC Rate for such Distribution Date, minus (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
Class X-C Strip Rate With respect to any Class of Class X-C Components for any Distribution Date, the (i) the Weighted Average Net Mortgage Pass Through Rate for such Distribution Date over (ii) the Pass-Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificates.
Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.
Class X-F Component The Component XF.
Activated reserve components means members of the reserve component of the uniformed services who have received a notice of intent to deploy or mobilize under Title 10 of the United States Code, Title 32 of the United States Code, or state mobilization to active duty.
Class A Loss Percentage As to any Determination Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) then outstanding, the percentage calculated by dividing the Principal Balance of such Class by the Class A Loss Denominator (determined without regard to any such Principal Balance of any Class of Class A Certificates not then outstanding), in each case determined as of the preceding Determination Date.
Collateral Monthly Interest means the monthly interest distributable in respect of the Collateral Interest as calculated in accordance with subsection 4.06(c).
Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.
Monthly Loss Amount means the sum of all Foreclosure Losses, Restructuring Losses, Short Sale Losses, Portfolio Losses, Modification Default Losses and Deficient Losses realized by the Assuming Institution for any Shared Loss Month.
Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.
Class B Loss Percentage With respect to any Determination Date and any Class of Class B Certificates then outstanding, the percentage calculated by dividing the Principal Balance of such Class by the Class B Principal Balance (determined without regard to any Principal Balance of any Class of Class B Certificates not then outstanding), in each case determined as of the preceding Determination Date.
