ITT Non-U.S. Income Tax Return definition

ITT Non-U.S. Income Tax Return means any Non-U.S. Income Tax Return (including any consolidated, combined, unitary, or similar return) that includes, by election or otherwise, one or more members of the ITT Group and that is required to be filed for any Pre-Distribution Tax Period or Straddle Tax Period.
