ITC IP definition

ITC IP has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • ITC and its Subsidiaries take all reasonable actions to maintain and protect the ITC IP and the security, contents and operation of their material software and systems, and to ITC Knowledge, there have been no material violations of same within the last two (2) years.

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
