IROD definition

IROD means the (1) EPA Interim Record of Decision relating to the Site signed on September 25, 2018, by the Director of the Hazardous Site Cleanup Division, EPA Region III, and all attachments thereto, and (2) any Explanations of Significant Difference EPA subsequently issues in connection therewith.
