Class I-A-25 Rounding Account definition

Class I-A-25 Rounding Account. The separate trust account maintained with the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.21, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trustee on behalf of the Class I-A-25 Certificateholders, or any other account serving a similar function acceptable to the Rating Agencies, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals as provided in Section 3.21 hereof, to the extent of the amount then remaining in the Class I-A-25 Rounding Account.
Class I-A-25 Rounding Account. The separate trust account established by DLJ by deposit as of the Closing Date of $999.99 and maintained by the Master Servicer with the Trustee, the Investment Depository or any other bank or trust company acceptable to the Rating Agencies which is incorporated under the laws of the United States or any state thereof pursuant to Section 3.21, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trustee on behalf of the Class I-A-25 Certificateholders or any other account serving a similar function acceptable to the Rating Agencies, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals as provided in Section 3.21 hereof, to the extent of the amount then remaining in the Class I-A-25 Rounding Account.

  • Rounding Account Not applicable.

  • Class C Reserve Account Percentage means, for any Distribution Date on which a condition in the left column of the following table was in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the percentage in the corresponding right column of the following table (or if more than one conditions were in effect on the immediately preceding Distribution Date, the largest percentage). Condition: The three-month rolling average Excess Spread Percentage is: Class C Reserve Account Percentage:

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) any shortfall in the amount of Available Funds available to pay the amounts specified in clauses (i) through (xvii) of Section 5.7(a) (taking into account application of Available Funds to the priority of payments specified in Section 5.7(a) and ignoring any provision hereof which otherwise limits the amounts described in such clauses to the amount of funds available) and (y) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date prior to application of amounts on deposit therein pursuant to Section 5.8.
