Investors Subsidiary definition

Investors Subsidiary means any corporation, 50% or more of the capital stock of which is owned, either directly or indirectly, by Investors Bancorp, and includes Investors Bank, except that it does not include any corporation the stock of which is held in the ordinary course of the lending activities of Investors Bank.
Investors Subsidiary has the meaning given to it in Recital (C) of this Agreement. Ordinary Shares shall mean ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Issuer. Shareholders Agreement shall mean the Shareholders Agreement by and among Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp., Abengoa-Algonquin Global Energy Solutions B.V. and Atlantica Yield plc, dated as of 5 March 2018, as supplemented and amended from time to time.
