MTS (MESSAGE TELEPHONE SERVICES): Direct-dialed or operator assisted station-to-station or person-to-person telephone calls billed: (i) to the originating telephone number, (ii) collect to the terminating telephone number, (iii) to a third telephone number other than the originating or terminating telephone number, or (iv) to a LEC calling card or an IXC travel card. "Enhanced Telecommunications Services' or "Information Services" are not considered MTS calls herein and cannot be billed under this Agreement.
Local Exchange. CARRIER - Cxxxxxx xxxxxxied to provide public switched telephone network (PSTN) services. Both incumbent and the emerging competitive LEC's are included.
