INTRACT DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS definition

INTRACT DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS and "Project Loan" each mean the particular Project, Intract Development Improvements and Project Loan to which this Agreement relates (rather than any or each Project or Project Loan to which the Loan Agreement relates).

INTRACT DEVELOPMENT IMPROVEMENTS means, with respect to each Project, all improvements necessary to bring all Lots within the Project to Finished Lot Status, all as set forth on the 10 17 applicable Intract Development Budget and Project Plans and Specifications.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.

  • Development Work means all work and services necessary or desirable in connection

  • Joint Improvements means Improvements conceived or first reduced to practice jointly by (a) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, ImmunoGen or any Affiliate of ImmunoGen, and (b) one or more employees of, or others obligated to assign inventions to, Novartis or any Affiliate of Novartis.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
