Intervention program definition

Intervention program means programs designed to iden- tify individuals with developmental disabilities in need of ser- vices and to assist them in obtaining the appropriate service.
Intervention program includes but is not limited to content, interventions, scripts, algorithms, methodologies, kits and fulfillment materials that are provided to members managed within the scope of these services.
Intervention program means a course of evaluation and intervention lasting for a period of not less than twenty-six (26) weeks, designed specifically for perpetrators of family or domestic violence, and certified by the domestic violence state coordinating council;
