Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact definition

Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact means the uniform legislation which is substantially similar to Tennessee’s Public Chapter 538 of the Public Acts of 2002, which, when enacted into law by participating states, establishes multistate licensure privileges for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.
