Internet Content Application definition

Internet Content Application means an application that allows End Users to access, send or share Information through a connection to the Internet or uses an Internet browser to accomplish one or more tasks over a network. This may alsobe referred to as an “over-the-top” application.

Related to Internet Content Application

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Patent Application means an application for patent protection for an Invention with any domestic or foreign patent-issuing authority.
