Internal Infrastructure Improvements definition

Internal Infrastructure Improvements means the streets, water, sanitary sewer, storm water, gas and electric improvements necessary for Tallgrass 2nd Addition Development and located within the boundaries of the Property, including engineering costs, any costs of right-of-way and appurtenances related thereto, as set forth on the approved plat for Tallgrass 2nd Addition Development, all as more specifically described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Internal Infrastructure Improvements means the water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm sewer, storm water detention, street, street lighting, sidewalks and all other public infrastructure improvements necessary for the Development and located within the boundaries of the Development Area, including engineering costs, any costs of right-of- way and appurtenances related thereto, as set forth on the approved plat for the Development, all as more specifically described on Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
Internal Infrastructure Improvements means the electric, gas, water, sewer, storm sewer, sidewalks, lighting, and street improvements necessary for Project and located within the boundaries of the Property, including engineering costs, any costs of right-of-way and appurtenances related thereto, as set forth on the approved plat for the Project, all as more specifically described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Examples of Internal Infrastructure Improvements in a sentence

  • The Developer has submitted or will submit petitions for the creation of one or more benefit districts encompassing all or portions of the Property related to the Internal Infrastructure Improvements.

  • If the TIF District is created and a project plan encompassing the Internal Infrastructure Improvements is approved but TIF Bonds are not issued, then after the special assessments are levied the City will apply the tax increment generated by the Property towards payment of the special assessments or to reimbursement the Developer for special assessments it may have paid prior to sufficient available tax increment.

  • Additionally, Site Preparation Costs and Internal Infrastructure Improvements costs incurred prior to September 21, 2021 will not be eligible for tax increment financing or reimbursement.

  • In the event the TIF District is created, and the City issues TIF Bonds to finance the Internal Infrastructure Improvements, the City will not proceed with benefit district assessments or financing for the Internal Infrastructure Improvements.

  • The Developer shall be responsible for and will pay or cause a future owner to pay the costs of the Developer Project, subject to (a) the terms of this Agreement governing disbursement of the proceeds of any Internal Infrastructure Improvements TIF Bonds; (b) reimbursement from Excess TIF Funds for Site Preparation Costs; and (c) costs financed in accordance with the City’s Benefit District Act policy and program.

  • If the District is created and a project plan encompassing the Internal Infrastructure Improvements is approved but TIF Bonds are not issued, then after the special assessments are levied the City will apply the tax increment generated by the Property towards payment of the special assessments or to reimbursement the Developer for special assessments it may have paid prior to sufficient available tax increment.

  • The Developer agrees that the City, with reasonable advance notice and during normal business hours, will have the right and authority to review, inspect, audit, and copy, from time to time, all of the Developer’s books and records relating to the Internal Infrastructure Improvements and Site Preparation Costs as pertinent to the purposes of this Agreement.

  • In the event the District is created, and the City issues TIF Bonds to finance the Internal Infrastructure Improvements, the City will not proceed with benefit district assessments or financing for the Internal Infrastructure Improvements.

  • This Agreement specifies the rights, duties and obligations of the City and Developer with respect to constructing or reconstructing the Developer Project and the payment of Internal Infrastructure Improvements costs and Site Preparation Costs.

  • The City will have thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of any Certification of TIF Expenditures for disbursement from Internal Infrastructure Improvements TIF Bonds proceeds to review and respond by written notice to the Developer.


More Definitions of Internal Infrastructure Improvements

Internal Infrastructure Improvements means public infrastructure within the District, including water, sewer, street, and drainage improvements, as identified in the Developer Project Budget.
Internal Infrastructure Improvements means the streets, water, sanitary sewer, storm water, gas and electric improvements necessary for Silverback Phase 1 and located within the boundaries of the Property, including engineering costs, any costs of right-of-way and appurtenances related thereto, as set forth on the approved plat for Silverback Phase 1, all as more specifically described on Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Related to Internal Infrastructure Improvements

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Critical infrastructure means a communication infrastructure system, cybersecurity system, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment system, or water treatment facility.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.
