Interior Common Area definition

Interior Common Area means that part of the gross building area of a regional shopping centre that is not gross leasable area;
Interior Common Area or “Interior Common Areas” shall mean those areas devoted to corridors, elevator foyers, rest rooms, mechanical rooms, janitorial closets, electrical and telephone closets, vending areas, and lobby areas (whether at ground level or otherwise), and other similar facilities provided for the common use or benefit of tenants generally and/or the public.
Interior Common Area means that area designated on Exhibit D which consists of a catwalk/bridge.

Examples of Interior Common Area in a sentence

  • Tenant, at all times during the Term, shall maintain, clean and keep the Interior Common Area in an orderly condition and in a good state of repair, including furnishing supplies.

  • The Landlord hereby grants to the Tenant a non-exclusive license to use (and to permit its officers, directors, agents, employees and invitees to use), in the course of conducting business at the Premises, the Common Areas, and the Interior Common Area.

  • Landlord does hereby acknowledge that the Interior Common Area is open and accessible and that other tenants’ premises in the Building are accessible from the Interior Common Area.

  • The costs associated with the Interior Common Area shall be shared on a pro rata basis with other tenants who may use this space.

  • The Leased Premises is one of several suites to be leased in the Building and includes the Interior Common Area.

  • In addition to Base Rent, Tenant shall pay Rent and Additional Rent on their share of the Interior Common Area calculated at the same rent per square foot for the Leased Premises.

  • Further, with respect to the Interior Common Area, Landlord grants the Tenant a license for access to, and ingress and egress to, the Interior Common Area by way of an opening in the wall between the Premises and the adjacent space below the Premises, which is depicted on Exhibit D.


More Definitions of Interior Common Area

Interior Common Area. Means the area within the Building commonly used by the tenants of Suites 4 and 5, including the common entrance way, hallway, bathrooms and kitchenette. The Interior Common Area is 319 square feet, as shown on Exhibit A. (See Section 3.

Related to Interior Common Area

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).
