Interim Net Working Capital definition

Interim Net Working Capital means the Net Working Capital of the Facilities as reflected in the Interim Balance Sheet.

  • Any Interim Net Working Capital Surplus shall be reduced dollar-for-dollar by the amount of Unassumed Liabilities, if any, appearing on the Interim Balance Sheet.
