Interdisciplinary Document Coordination Review. Perform an Interdisciplinary Document Coordination Review (hereinafter referred to as the “IDC Review”) on the 90% Construction Documents to identify conflicts, inconsistencies, and missing information among and between the construction disciplines contained within the plan sets, specifications, or any subsequently issued documentation during design phase, prior to bidding and construction. 3.5.1. Upon completion of the review, or completion of review stages, comments will be forwarded in spreadsheet form, to the Design Team. In addition, a marked-up original set of reviewed documents will be sent to the Design Team. The CMMP’s document review coordinators shall discuss findings with the Design Team. 3.5.2. A compliance check audit will be performed on subsequent revisions to the Contract Documents. This compliance check is intended to determine how previously submitted comments were addressed in the revised Contract Documents. The Contract Documents remain the sole basis for determining the scope of work necessary for the successful execution of the Project. However, CMMP is not responsible for providing, nor does the CMMP control, the Project design or the contents of the design documents. CMMP’s actions in reviewing the Project design and design documents and in making recommendations as provided herein are advisory only to the District. The Design Team members are not third-party beneficiaries of the CMMP’s work described in this paragraph and the Design Team members remains solely responsible for the contents of design drawings and design documents.
