Interconnected Facilities definition

Interconnected Facilities means the EPE Interconnection Facilities and Generator's Interconnection Facilities.
Interconnected Facilities means the L▇▇▇ Interconnection Facilities and Generator’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • In the event ▇▇▇▇▇▇ PPD is required to change or relocate Interconnection Facilities due to the action of any governmental entity having regulatory authority over such facilities or upon request of change or relocation by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ PPD for any reason, then the costs of the change or relocation of the Interconnected Facilities shall be borne by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ PPD.

  • All costs for change or relocation of the Interconnected Facilities requested by the DG Operator, including but not limited to, design, engineering, material, and installation shall be borne by the DG Operator.

  • In accordance with Articles 5.3 and 5.4 and subject to Article 5.14, Generator shall be responsible for all expenses associated with maintaining and repairing/replacing the Interconnected Facilities.

  • Generator shall ensure that the Facility’s quality of power at the Interconnected Facilities adheres to the standards set by NERC, WSCC, the RTO (if applicable) and the American National Standards Institute (“ANSI”).

  • Each Party shall comply with the Operating Agent’s General Orders, in existence on the Effective Date and as may be modified from time to time, in the operation of the Interconnected Facilities and the Facility.

  • Should The DG Operator decide to proceed with such change or relocation and prior to SOUTHERN PPD starting the work associated with the project, the parties shall agree upon the terms and conditions governing such change or relocation of Interconnected Facilities.

  • SOUTHERN PPD will provide to the DG Operator, as soon as practicable after a change or relocation request has been received, the estimated cost for the change or relocation of the Interconnected Facilities.

Related to Interconnected Facilities

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.
