Intel Contract definition

Intel Contract means any Contract of Intel or its Subsidiaries.
Intel Contract means a Contract with a Third Party existing as of or prior to the Closing Date that primarily relates to the Intel Business, meaning that such Contract is performed primarily by employees of one or more Intel Companies and/or primarily relates to assets or rights that are owned, held or utilized by any of the Intel Companies.

Related to Intel Contract

  • Hotel Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(d).

  • Customer Contract means the terms and conditions that Customer accepts to receive access to and use the applicable Offering.

  • Assumed Contract means any Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease assumed by the Reorganized Debtors in accordance with Article V of the Plan.

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • Assigned Contract means any Contract entered into by, or otherwise legally binding on, Seller or its Subsidiaries that relates exclusively to the Business or the Transferred Assets.
