Integral Multiples definition
Integral Multiples shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 7.8(b).
Integral Multiples means (i) in respect of each Series of the Notes (other than the Amended 2040 Notes): U.S.$1.00 and (ii) in respect of the Amended 2040 Notes: U.S.$1,000.
Examples of Integral Multiples in a sentence
Upon the Occurrence of Any of the Preceding Events in (1), (2) or (3) Above, Definitive Notes Shall be Issued in Denominations of $1,000 or Integral Multiples Thereof and in Such Names as the Depositary Shall Instruct the Trustee in Writing.
The Series [ ] Notes shall be Issuable in the Minimum Denomination and Integral Multiples thereof.
