Inspecting Agency definition

Inspecting Agency means the agencies nominated and authorized by the competent authority for inspecting the material at the works of the supplier or at the designated place of inspection prescribed by the purchasing authority.
Inspecting Agency means the Commission and any of its duly authorized representatives.
