Initial Terminals definition

Initial Terminals means the Crude Oil, Refined Products and natural gas terminals, processing facilities and/or storage facilities owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and described on Schedule 1-A.
Initial Terminals means the six (6) Refined Products terminals and/or storage facilities owned by a Borrower as of the Effective Date primarily for Refined Products located in (i) Abilene, Texas; (ii) San Angelo, Texas; (iii) Tye, Texas; (iv) Big Xxxxx, Texas; (v) Memphis, Tennessee and (vi) Nashville, Tennessee.
Initial Terminals means the ten Refined Products terminals and/or storage facilities owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date that are used to provide distribution primarily for Refined Products produced at refineries owned by Tesoro and its Subsidiaries located in (i) Los Angeles, California; (ii) Stockton, California; (iii) Salt Lake City, Utah; (iv) Anchorage, Alaska; (v) Vancouver, Washington; (vi) Mandan, North Dakota; (vii) Boise, Idaho; and (viii) Burley, Idaho.

  • Marine terminal means a public or private commercial wharf

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Extended Use Period means the period beginning on the 1st day in the compliance period on which such building is part of a qualified low-income housing project, and ending on the later of the date specified by such agency in such agreement, or the date which is 15 years after the close of the compliance period.

  • Termination Assistance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 18.12.

  • Services Start Date means the date as set out in the Specification (Schedule 1);

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Extended school year services means special education and related services that are provided to a child with a disability and meet the standards of the State of Wisconsin. These services are provided beyond the normal school year of the local educational agency, in accordance with the individualized education program (IEP), and at no cost to the parents of the child.

  • Video lottery terminal sales agent means a lottery sales agent licensed under Chapter 3770. of the ORC to conduct video lottery terminals on behalf of the state pursuant to Section 3770.21 of the ORC.

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.
