Initial Tenants definition

Initial Tenants means all occupants of any portion of the Protected Space whose occupancy is pursuant to, under or through a lease with Landlord of such portion of the Protected Space that is in effect on the date of this Lease,
Initial Tenants shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the preamble to this Agreement.
Initial Tenants means, collectively, all office and retail tenants that are the first tenants to initially occupy 100% of the rentable space in the Improvements.

Examples of Initial Tenants in a sentence

  • The portion of the Deposit relating to CAM, taxes and insurance for the Pending Initial Tenants and the Vacant Space is an estimate only.

  • The Initial Tenants and the New Tenant each agree to cooperate with MI in connection with such transfers.

  • Tenant shall cause Tenant's Plans (including mechanical plans and specifications) to be filed with the governmental agencies having jurisdiction thereof, in order to obtain, and shall obtain, all governmental permits, approvals, licenses, authorizations, waivers, consents and certificates (collectively, "Permits") which may be required in connection with the performance of the Initial Tenant's Changes.

  • Such additional Landlord's Contribution may be applied by Tenant toward the cost of Initial Tenant's Changes and/or any brokerage commissions, attorney's fees, moving expenses and/or other costs and expenses incurred by Tenant in connection with its leasing of, and move into, the demised premises.

  • On the First Closing Date, HPTMI and the Initial Tenants shall execute and deliver the Amendment to Initial Leases.

  • Furthermore, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Landlord hereby agrees to waive the additional rent freight access charges for up to the first twenty-six (26) hours of Initial Tenant's move-in to the Premises.

  • Subject to and upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, HPTMI and the Initial Tenants each hereby agree to amend the Initial Leases in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Amendment to Initial Leases.

Related to Initial Tenants

  • Major Tenants has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.2.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for the provision of the Goods and/or Services (or any of them);

  • Invitees means employees, workers, visitors, guests, customers, suppliers, agents, contractors, representatives, licensees and other invitees.

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.

  • Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.
