Initial Setup Fee definition

Initial Setup Fee means the one-time fee invoiced by Service Provider to Customer and payable by Customer to Service Provider for the setup and activation of the Network and the Host Web Site for use.
Initial Setup Fee means the one-time fee invoiced by Hyland to Customer and payable by Customer to Hyland for the setup and activation of the Hyland Cloud Platform and the Host Web Site for use applicable to each Software module purchase under the Agreement.

Examples of Initial Setup Fee in a sentence

Related to Initial Setup Fee

  • Initial Fee means any applicable one-off initial or installation fee, as may be stated in an Order;
