Initial Senior Beneficial Interest definition

Initial Senior Beneficial Interest means the Senior Beneficial Interest created by entrustment of the Initial Auto Loan Receivables on the Trust Commencement Date in accordance with Article 12.2 of the First Trust Agreement.

  • Transfer Restricted Definitive Notes means Definitive Notes that bear or are required to bear or are subject to the Restricted Notes Legend.
