Initial Installation Date definition

Initial Installation Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.1 of the Conduit Lease.
Initial Installation Date. The first date on which Shadow installs any portion or version of the Licensed Software on Licensee's data processing equipment, whether or not then linked to Licensee's network or intranet.

Related to Initial Installation Date

  • Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.
