Inherent Task definition

Inherent Task means a Contractor task(s), as identified by the IES Program Office on behalf of ITS, which has not and been specifically set forth in the Contract, but which is reasonably connected to or associated with the completion of the IES as envisioned under the Contract. An Inherent Task is not an Enhancement, and it does not require a change order, as no additional costs apply thereto.
