Infrastructure Fee definition

Infrastructure Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(c).
Infrastructure Fee means any increased Licence Fee payable in connection with those matters set out in clause 7 if you do not receive the IT Services and/or the Telephony Services from us (together with any VAT thereon);
Infrastructure Fee means a monthly fee charged by us for the maintenance, development, expansion and upgrade associated with the provision of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Account by applicable subscription type and tier (if any).

Examples of Infrastructure Fee in a sentence

  • Tenant shall pay to City the Tenant Infrastructure Fee in monthly installments, in advance, each of which shall be due on the first day of each month.

  • City and Constructing Owner agree that the amount of Infrastructure Fee Reimbursements owed to Constructing Owner hereunder shall be as set forth on Exhibit C hereto and made a part hereof, subject to the final “true up” as described in Section 8 hereof.

  • Any conversion of Fee Reimbursements to Fee Credits and the corresponding application of such converted Fee Credits against the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Fee shall be made in writing and delivered to the Administrator in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • The right to apply Fee Reimbursements as Fee Credits is limited hereunder to the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Fee and may not be applied against the Neighborhood Park Development Fee Component, the Neighborhood Park Land Acquisition Fee Component or the Administrative Fee Component of the Fee.

  • The annual Tenant Infrastructure Fee (“TIA Fee”) shall be payable in twelve equal monthly installments, with each installment payable on the same date as the payment of the monthly installment of the Minimum Annual Guaranty, as provided in Paragraph E above.

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Infrastructure costs means such costs as are reasonably incurred for the acquisition and construction of infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Infrastructure project means any activity related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of infrastructure in the United States regardless of whether infrastructure is the primary purpose of the project. See also paragraphs (c) and (d) of 2 CFR 184.4.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.
