Examples of Individual Swimming Event in a sentence

  • In the event there is still a tie, the Selection Panel will rank Athletes by their second-best Individual Swimming Event time against the 2021 FINA World Rankings (published as at 14th August 2021).

  • The SNZ Selectors may consider (in its absolute discretion) the nomination of a fifth Athlete to a Relay Team where the time that the fifth Athlete swam in his/her Individual Swimming Event at the Nomination Event(s) could be interchanged with the time of a Nominated Athlete for a Relay Swimming Event which produces a total team time which is equivalent to or better than a time that would have placed the Relay Team in the top 16 at the FINA World Championships in 2019.

  • The SNZ Selectors may consider (in its absolute discretion) the nomination of a fifth Athlete to a Relay Team where the time that the fifth Athlete swam in his/her Individual Swimming Event at the Nomination Event(s) could be interchanged with the time of a Nominated Athlete for a Relay Swimming Event which produces a total team time which is equivalent to orbetter than a time that would have placed the Relay Team in the top 16 at the FINA World Championships in 2019.

  • The Individual Swimming Qualifying Times for each Individual Swimming Event will be published on the SNZ website no later than 5.00pm on 13th August 2020.Nominated Athlete means an Athlete who has been nominated by SNZ to the NZOC for consideration of selection to the Games Team.

  • In relation to the Primary Criteria, the SNZ Selection Panel will only consider Athletes who have recorded a time within the Qualifying Period (21st July 2021 – 9th April 2022) at a Qualifying Competition that is equal to or faster than the Individual Swimming Qualifying Time in the Individual Swimming Event that the Athlete is seeking nomination for the Games Team.

  • Sporting event means any of the following athletic activities that is organized, operated, managed, or sponsored by the School:

  • designated sporting event generally means any association football match, whether national or international. The full legal definition of the different classes of designated sporting events may be found in the Sports Grounds and Sporting Events (Designation) (Amendment) Order 2011, under Article 2(1) and 2(2) of Schedule 2.

  • Liquidating Event has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Public swimming pool means a swimming pool operated for the use of the general public with or without charge, or for the use of the members and guests of a private club. Public swimming pool does not include a swimming pool located on the grounds of a private single-family home.

  • Liquidating Events shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • Vesting Event means the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Individual PAGA Payment means the Aggrieved Employee’s pro rata share of 25% of the PAGA Penalties calculated according to the number of Workweeks worked during the PAGA Period.

  • Disabling Event means the General Partner ceasing to be the general partner of the Partnership pursuant to Section 17-402 of the Act.

  • Financing Event means the earlier of (i) a public offering by the Company of its Common Stock with aggregate gross proceeds of at least $5 million; or (ii) the listing of the Company’s Common Stock on a National Securities Exchange, as such term is defined under the Exchange Act.

  • Training Event means either a Course or Online Training, or both.

  • Rating Event means the rating on the Notes is lowered by each of the Rating Agencies and the Notes are rated below an Investment Grade Rating by each of the Rating Agencies on any day within the 60-day period (which 60-day period will be extended so long as the rating of the Notes is under publicly announced consideration for a possible downgrade by any of the Rating Agencies) after the earlier of (a) the occurrence of a Change of Control and (b) public notice of the occurrence of a Change of Control or the Company’s intention to effect a Change of Control; provided that a Rating Event will not be deemed to have occurred in respect of a particular Change of Control (and thus will not be deemed a Rating Event for purposes of the definition of Change of Control Triggering Event) if each Rating Agency making the reduction in rating does not publicly announce or confirm or inform the Trustee in writing at the request of the Company that the reduction was the result, in whole or in part, of any event or circumstance comprised of or arising as a result of, or in respect of, the Change of Control (whether or not the applicable Change of Control has occurred at the time of the Rating Event).

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Base Flood Elevation (BFE means a determination of the water surface elevations of the base flood as published in the Flood Insurance Study. When the BFE has not been provided in a “Special Flood Hazard Area”, it may be obtained from engineering studies available from a Federal, State, or other source using FEMA approved engineering methodologies.   • Base flood elevation (BFE) means the elevation shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Zones AE, AH, A1-30, VE and V1-V30 that indicates the water surface elevation resulting from a flood that has a 1-percent or greater chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Silicone-based Multi-purpose Lubricant means any lubricant which is:
