Individual Loan to Value definition

Individual Loan to Value means the Allocated Loan Amount for a Property as a percentage of the value of that Property, determined in accordance with the most recent Valuation at the relevant time.

Related to Individual Loan to Value

  • Loan to Value means the Net Interest Bearing Debt to the Value of the Properties in accordance with the most recent Valuation.

  • Original Loan-to-Value Ratio With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the ratio of the principal balance of such Mortgage Loan at origination, or such other date as is specified, to the Original Value of the related Mortgage Property.

  • Loan-to-Value Ratio With respect to any Mortgage Loan and as to any date of determination, the fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is the principal balance of the related Mortgage Loan at such date of determination and the denominator of which is the Appraised Value of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Loan-to-Value Ratio or LTV With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the ratio of the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the related Cut-off Date (unless otherwise indicated) to the lesser of (a) the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property and (b) if the Mortgage Loan was made to finance the acquisition of the related Mortgaged Property, the purchase price of the Mortgaged Property, expressed as a percentage.

  • Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio As of any date of determination, and with respect to second lien Mortgage Loans, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is (i) the sum of (a) the outstanding principal balance of the related first-lien mortgage loan plus (b) the Stated Principal Balance of the related second-lien mortgage loan and the denominator of which is (ii) the Value of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Current Loan-to-Value Ratio The Principal Balance of a Mortgage Loan as of the applicable date of substitution divided by the Appraised Value.

  • Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio or CLTV As of any date and as to any Second Lien Mortgage Loan, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of the (a) sum of (i) the outstanding principal balance of the Second Lien Mortgage Loan and (ii) the outstanding principal balance as of such date of any mortgage loan or mortgage loans that are senior or equal in priority to the Second Lien Mortgage Loan and which are secured by the same Mortgaged Property to (b) the Appraised Value as determined pursuant to the Underwriting Guidelines of the related Mortgaged Property as of the origination of the Second Lien Mortgage Loan.

  • LTV means with respect to any Mortgage Loan, the ratio of the original outstanding principal amount of the Mortgage Loan to the lesser of (a) the Appraised Value of the Mortgaged Property at origination or (b) if the Mortgaged Property was purchased within 12 months of the origination of the Mortgage Loan, the purchase price of the Mortgaged Property.

  • Term Loan Percentage means, with respect to any Term Loan Lender at any time, the percentage of the total outstanding principal balance of the Term Loans represented by the outstanding principal balance of such Term Loan Lender’s Term Loans.

  • Tranche B Term Loan Percentage as to any Lender at any time, the percentage which such Lender's Tranche B Term Loan Commitment then constitutes of the aggregate Tranche B Term Loan Commitments (or, at any time after the Closing Date, the percentage which the aggregate principal amount of such Lender's Tranche B Term Loans then outstanding constitutes of the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche B Term Loans then outstanding).

  • Maximum Lifetime Mortgage Rate The maximum level to which a Mortgage Interest Rate can adjust in accordance with its terms, regardless of changes in the applicable Index.

  • Pool Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans which were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.

  • Total loan amount means the principal of a loan minus those points and fees that are included in the principal amount of the loan. For open-end loans, the total loan amount must be calculated using the total line of credit allowed under the residential mortgage loan at closing. [PL 2011, c. 427, Pt. A, §15 (NEW).]

  • Minimum Lifetime Mortgage Rate The minimum level to which a Mortgage Interest Rate can adjust in accordance with its terms, regardless of changes in the applicable Index.

  • Mortgage Loan Principal Balance means, at any date of determination, the aggregate principal balance of the Notes evidencing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Initial Principal Balance means, in respect of a Receivable, the amount advanced under the Receivable toward the purchase price of the Financed Vehicle and related costs, including accessories, service and warranty contracts, insurance premiums, other items customarily financed as part of retail motor vehicle loans and/or retail installment sales contracts and other fees charged by the Transferor or Dealer and included in the amount to be financed, the total of which is shown as the initial principal balance in the note and security agreement or retail installment sale contract evidencing and securing such Receivable.

  • Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-2 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-4 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-4 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-5 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-5 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Minimum Weighted Average Spread Test means a test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Spread of all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Collateral on such day is equal to or greater than 5.25%.

  • Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d). Except as set forth in Section 4.01(d)(ii), in the event that the Class B-6 Certificates are not eligible to receive distributions of principal in accordance with Section 4.01(d)(i), the Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date will be zero.

  • Class B Prepayment Percentage Any of the Class B-1 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-2 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-3 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-4 Prepayment Percentage, Class B-5 Prepayment Percentage or Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage.

  • Weighted Average Spread means, as of any day, the number expressed as a percentage equal to (i) the Aggregate Funded Spread divided by (ii) the Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Amount (excluding any interest that has been deferred and capitalized on any Deferrable Collateral Obligation).

  • Aggregate Loan Balance At any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loans serviced hereunder.

  • Term Loan Amount means with respect to any Term Loan Lender, the amount equal to its Term Loan Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Term Loan.

  • Loan Amount has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b) of the Indenture.
