Individual Exchange definition

Individual Exchange means the exchange marketplace
Individual Exchange means the Kentucky Health Benefit Exchange or SBE-FP that serves the individual health insurance market.
Individual Exchange has the meaning set forth under Insurance Article §31-101(h), Annotated Code of Maryland.
