INDICATIVE AMOUNT definition
INDICATIVE AMOUNT means, in relation to any Competitive Bid Request, the aggregate principal amount of the Advances or, as the case may be, the aggregate face amount of the Bills therein requested;

Effective Amount means with respect to any Advances on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to any borrowing and prepayments or repayments thereof occurring on such date.
Recovered tax increment value means, except as otherwise
Representative Amount means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined in accordance with a Screen Rate Determination on an Interest Determination Date, the amount specified as such in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is specified, an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevant market at the time.
Minimum Tranche Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(b).
Calculation Amount means the Calculation Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
