Index Licensor definition

Index Licensor means the licensor for the time being of the Index being at the date of registration of this Prospectus, FTSE International Limited, or such successor(s) or such other person(s) which licence the Index or any Successor Index to the Manager in respect of the Fund;
Index Licensor or “Index Provider” means the licensor for the time being of the Index for each Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix or such successor(s) or such other person(s) which licence the Index or any Successor Index to the Company (or the Manager on behalf of the Company) in respect of a Sub-Fund;

Examples of Index Licensor in a sentence

  • The Trust acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this Agreement shall transfer to the Trust or the ETF any title to, or any right or interest in, any Index or Index Marks, and that all rights to or in the Index or the Index Marks are reserved to the Index Licensor.
