Indemnified Events definition

Indemnified Events means all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, losses, damages and charges whatsoever (except those arising as a result of the negligence or wilful misconduct of BoS) which may occur in relation to or arising out of any utilisations of any of the Facilities made available under this letter.

Indemnified Events as defined in Clause 9.1;

Indemnified Events means all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, losses, damages and charges whatsoever (except those arising as a result of the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of BoS) which may occur in relation to or arising out of BoS having given the Treasury Guarantee.
