Inaccurate performance definition

Inaccurate performance means any fault other than due under the contractual or statutory provisions, including any delayed, poor, incomplete or partial performance;
Inaccurate performance means each non-performance, different from the due one under this Contract or the legal provisions, incl. delayed, bad, incomplete or partial performance;

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.
