Imply will provide Support Services for the Software in accordance with its Support Service terms and as further described in the applicable Order Form(s).

The warranty specified in this section shall apply only to failures or breaches of warranty which are reported to Imply by Customer within thirty (30) days after the date the Consulting Services are delivered to Customer.
