Implementation Consultant or “IC” means the firm hired by the Recipient through MPW and MRRD under the ▇▇▇-financed National Emergency Rural Access Project (Grant No. H344-AF), to assist in implementing civil works activities under the Project as well as financial management and procurement functions.
