Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.
Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.
Intercompany License Agreement means any cost sharing agreement, commission or royalty agreement, license or sub-license agreement, distribution agreement, services agreement, Intellectual Property rights transfer agreement or any related agreements, in each case where all the parties to such agreement are one or more of the Borrower and any Restricted Subsidiary thereof.
Licence Agreement means an agreement (whether or not in writing) between the owner of student accommodation and a student giving a licence to the student;
Third Party Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6(a) hereof.
End User License Agreement means a license grant or end user license agreement governing software as further described in this Agreement or any applicable Appendix.
SPS Agreement means the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures which is a part of the WTO Agreement; Subheading means the first six digits in the tariff classification number under the HS; Territory means:
SCM Agreement means the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, contained in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;
Services Agreement means an agreement entered into between a Utility and one or more Affiliates for the provision of Shared Services or For Profit Affiliate Services and shall provide for the following matters as appropriate in the circumstances:
Tri-Party Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4 hereof.
Company License Agreements means any license agreements granting any right to use or practice any rights under any Intellectual Property (except for such agreements for off-the-shelf products that are generally available for less than $25,000), and any written settlements relating to any Intellectual Property, to which the Company is a party or otherwise bound; and the term “Software” means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code.
Royalty Agreement means the amended royalty agreement between the Partnership, Vermilion, 1209963 Alberta Ltd. and the Trust dated January 22, 2003 providing for the creation of the Royalty;
Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.
Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.
