  • In case the Candidate fails to complete the Course successfully (within the Course period agreed by the competent authority including extensions, if any) and/or not serve the Health Department/NHM Haryana for the stipulated period of three years; thereafter, Candidate and Candidate’s Surety shall jointly and severally compensate the Health Department/NHM Haryana for IGNOU fee, boarding and lodging, transport expenses, honorarium etc.

  • What we not made aware of in the initial stages was the different functional departments at IGNOU responsible for important activities such as Registration, Examination and etc.

  • Candidates shall be provided support for IGNOU fee (covers study materials and counseling fee), boarding and lodging, transport expenses, etc as part of the sponsorship for the Course, as per applicable norms.

IGNOU. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the RFP and draft contract (including GCC, SC), in no event will the Consultant be liable to the IGNOU or any of its agencies/ associates, whether the claim be in tort, contract, or other wise; for any amount in access of 100% of the total Contract Value.
