iCGM definition

iCGM means an integrated continuous glucose monitoring system as classified by the FDA.
iCGM means the corporate governance document of ISSF, including at a minimum, (i) recruitment rules and qualification requirements for the members of the ISSF Board and the Investment Committee, requiring relevant financial sector, venture capital, and investment industry experience; (ii) a separation between the ISSF Board and Investment Committee, with the Investment Committee being the ultimate investment decision maker; and (iii) rules to manage conflict of interest risks in investment decision-making and independence requirements; all in accordance with the provisions of the POM.
