ICA Notification definition

ICA Notification means a notification under Part III of the Investment Canada Act;
ICA Notification has the meaning specified in Section 4.4. 11633442v2 IFRS means International Financial Reporting Standards as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board, as incorporated in the CPA Canada Handbook at the relevant time applied on a consistent basis.
