HVNL definition

HVNL means the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW), regulations and other instruments under it including any codes of practice and any consolidations, amendments, re-enactments or replacements.
HVNL means the Heavy Vehicle National Law as it applies (with modifications) by law in each state and territory of the Commonwealth of Australia, together with any applicable regulations but in the case of:

HVNL means the Heavy Vehicle National Law (NSW) No 42a, Heavy Vehicle (Adoption of National Law) Act 2013 (NSW) and Heavy Vehicle (Adoption of National Law) Regulation 2013 (NSW).
