HSSO means the legal entity that maintains corporate sales and administrative functions within the City of Aliso Viejo from which sales, including all internet, telephonic, and direct taxable Aliso Viejo Sales to California customers are conducted. Such functions may be operated from one or more physical locations within the City and carried out by any full-time, secondment, or contractor personnel of Owner.
