Hotel Rules definition

Hotel Rules means such hotel rules, regulations and policies regarding the Resort, the Resort Property and the Resort Services as Resort Owner and/or Resort Operator may, in their sole discretion, from time to time establish (and amend). By signing this Agreement, Residence Owner acknowledges that the Hotel Rules may be based on such matters as Resort Owner and/or Resort Operator, in their sole and absolute discretion, deem appropriate, including (without limitation) the safety of Resort Guests and others; compliance with applicable laws and insurance requirements; the maintenance, repair and preservation of the Resort; the ambiance and decorum appropriate for the Resort; and the expectations of Resort Guests.

  • This Agreement, the Condominium Declaration, the other documents referenced in the Condominium Declaration, the Hotel Rules and the Hotel Services Agreement are together the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the receipt and use of the Resort Services by Residence Owner and Residence Owner’s family members, guests, tenants and Authorized Parties.

  • The rights granted by this Agreement to Residence Owner, and the ability of Residence Owner and the Authorized Parties to use and receive the Resort Services, are and shall be subject to the Hotel Rules, Condominium Declaration and the Hotel Services Agreement.

  • In addition, promptly after written demand by Resort Owner, Residence Owner shall reimburse or otherwise pay Resort Owner and Resort Operator for all costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, incurred by Resort Owner or Resort Operator in collecting the Service Charges and in enforcing the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Hotel Rules against Residence Owner, any Authorized Parties, or any guest or invitee of Residence Owner.

  • Should the Consumer fail to report such defects, s/he shall be liable for the same in accordance with the procedure set forth herein, I the Internal Hotel Rules, Pet Accommodation Rules, and applicable laws.

Related to Hotel Rules

  • FCA Rules means the Rules included within the FCA Handbook issued by the FCA.

  • Park Rules means the rules of conduct and practice issued by us from time to time and applicable to the use of the Caravan and other facilities at the Park. A copy of the Park Rules in force at the date of this Licence Agreement is attached.

  • Model Rules means the State of Oregon’s Attorney General’s model rules of procedure for Public Contracting, which are set forth in OAR Chapter 137, divisions 46, 47, 48, and 49, and required under ORS 279A.065.

  • M&A Rules means the Rules on Mergers and Acquisitions of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Commerce, the State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”) and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC on August 8, 2006 and became effective on September 8, 2006, as amended by the Ministry of Commerce on June 22, 2009.
