Hot Commissioning definition

Hot Commissioning has the meaning ascribed to this term in Clause 22.1(c).
Hot Commissioning means the commissioning of the Facility (including the Household Waste has the meaning attributed to it in Section 75(5) and Section 89 HWRC means household waste recycling centre(s); IBA means incinerator bottom ash; Indemnified Party has the meaning given to it in Clause 61.4 (Notification of

  • The execution of the Hot Commissioning and the Performance Test shall be notified by the Supplier to the Purchaser at least ten (10) Working Days prior to execution and executed by the Supplier in close cooperation and with the approval of the Purchaser, not to be unreasonably withheld.

  • The Performance Tests period shall start after the Hot Commissioning of the System and shall be completed as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within a period of one (1) month following Hot Commissioning.

  • Following completion of the Cold Commissioning, the Equipment shall be considered ready for the Start-up and the Hot Commissioning; i.e. ready for the initial operation with feedstock introduced.

  • All tests and activities to be performed during Hot Commissioning and Start-up shall have been completed successfully, to the satisfaction of the Customer, which fact to be expressly mentioned in the protocol signed by both Parties.

  • COMPONENTS AND PARTS Under this Contract, the Contractor shall provide to the Customer the following: accessories, parts and components necessary for the Cold Commissioning, Hot Commissioning, Initial Operation Tests and Performance Tests and operation of the Equipment until the moment of the Project Closing Certificate.

  • Minor outstanding items related to engineering and execution of contractual agreed works, that do not hinder the Cold Commissioning and Hot Commissioning activities shall be solved and removed and/or remedied by the Contractor latest until the date of the provisional acceptance as per the Project Closing Certificate.

  • Four percent (4%) of the Contract Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the receipt (or issuance) of the following documents by the Customer: A copy of the written protocol signed by the Customer evidencing the successful completion of the Hot Commissioning of the First Part of the Equipment pursuant to Clause 22.1(c); and Contractor’s invoice relating to this payment.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;
