Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contractor shall not pay a Host Fee for waste disposed of at the Landfill pursuant to the Commission’s Reserved Rights unless specifically provided for by a subsequent written agreement between the Commission and Contractor.
To the extent that the County cannot provide Green Ridge the rebate as found by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the Host Fee each year shall be reduced by the difference between the tax paid based on the Baseline Property Value and the amount of real estate property tax paid by Green Ridge.
