Hong Kong Resident definition

Hong Kong Resident means the person is holding any of the following type of identity document:
Hong Kong Resident means an individual who is a holder of a Hong Kong Identity Card notwithstanding that the individual may also possess an identity proof of residency or citizenship of another jurisdiction.
Hong Kong Resident means an individual who is a holder of a valid Hong Kong identity card, notwithstanding that such individual may also be considered a resident or citizen of another jurisdiction. 「受償人」指我們與其他台新集團成員及其各自之董事、主管、僱員、代理人與受僱人。
