M2M Entitlement definition

M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.
M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Redispatch Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

Examples of M2M Entitlement in a sentence

  • The remaining twenty percent of RECo load shall be included in the M2M Entitlement and Market Flow calculations as PJM load.

  • Security Entitlement The meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(17) of the UCC.

  • Security Entitlements means the rights and property interests of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset.

  • Securities Entitlement means the rights and property interest of an Entitlement Holder with respect to a Financial Asset as set forth in Part 5 of Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York, as the same may be amended from time to time.

  • Entitlement Order shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102 of the UCC.

  • Entitlement means the number specified as such in the relevant Launch Announcement and Supplemental Listing Document, subject to any adjustment in accordance with Product Condition 4;

  • Payment intangible means a general intangible under which the account debtor's principal obligation is a monetary obligation.

  • Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Commodity intermediary means a person that:

  • Uncertificated Security shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8-102(a)(18) of the UCC.

  • Investment Property the collective reference to (i) all “investment property” as such term is defined in Section 9-102(a)(49) of the New York UCC (other than any Foreign Subsidiary Voting Stock excluded from the definition of “Pledged Stock”) and (ii) whether or not constituting “investment property” as so defined, all Pledged Notes and all Pledged Stock.

  • Collateral Support means all property (real or personal) assigned, hypothecated or otherwise securing any Collateral and shall include any security agreement or other agreement granting a lien or security interest in such real or personal property.

  • Payment Intangibles “Proceeds”; “ Records”; “Securities Account”; “Securities Intermediary”; “Security Entitlement”; “Supporting Obligations”; and “Tangible Chattel Paper.”

  • Per Certificate Entitlement means the per Certificate entitlement to the underlying Precious Metal specified in the Final Terms (the "Initial Per Certificate Entitlement") which is thereafter reduced by the Reduction Percentage.

  • General Intangible means any personal property, including things in action, other than accounts, chattel paper, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, documents, goods, instruments, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, letters of credit, money, and oil, gas, or other minerals before extraction. The term includes payment intangibles and software.

  • Supporting Obligation means a letter-of-credit right or secondary obligation that supports the payment or performance of an account, chattel paper, a document, a general intangible, an instrument, or investment property.
