HNC Financial Statements means (i) the audited consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of HNC and subsidiaries as of December 31, 2008 and 2007 and the consolidated statements of operations, stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of HNC and subsidiaries for each of the three years ended December 31, 2008, 2007 and 2006, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of HNC and subsidiaries as of the end of each calendar quarter following December 31, 2008 and for the periods then ended, as filed by HNC in its Securities Documents.
